Agreed. You are past the hard part! You got the sleeve free. Get the rod cap off (That may be tough depending on where it is sitting) and turn the crank to TDC on #3 to get the sleeve back up. You may be able to drive the piston/sleeve on out, or it may just lift out. Don't damage the rod journal on the crank! Don't get the sleeve too hot, you may damage the piston. It may still be OK. You may just want to break the sleeve off. You can buy a salvage piston/sleeve match, but it is not a good idea to mix used pistons/sleeves. At least you can retain the rod. Since you are this far you should ream the ridges and take all the pistons out to clean the ring grooves. Rings are cheap and go into used sleeves just like into used bores on cars. Hone the bores first to break the glaze. Check for taper and out of round but remember the tractor turns slow and you can get a very good engine with worn pistons. My red submarine was re-ringed years ago and has had lots of hard use with no oil consumption.
