The dollar value of something is simply what someone is willing to pay for it. If you want it to keep then pay what you will. I will say one thing about tractors that most seem to overlook in these discussions. I would rather over pay for something I really want then to get a good deal on something "kind of like I wanted". If it is all there then 2500 really is not a bad deal. But you better know what your looking at like the fenders... are they correct? Does the one fender have the light mounted on it? Emblems? Some can be found others are harder. Anyway just my opinion on the subject. It really is worth what someone will pay for it.
