If this is the same as a 2500B I would look for bleeders at the top of each axle housing or just above the housing on the main case. If you open them when the engine is running they should slowly flow until the air is out of the brake pistons. There are brake discs and piston between the axle and the case. In order to replace the piston o-ring the axle housing comes off. They use oil from main reservoir so make sure it isn't low. It would be obvious if the hydraulics are noisy or jerky. You could open the bleeder and push the pedal with a helper but engine should be running to keep the master cylinder suppied with oil.
