JD turn plow

Looked at a 2 row turn plow on steel wheels,been outside for at least 10 years,the right plow adjustment arm bent 120 degrees. Owner wants $200.00. Does
anybody know going rate for this type plow? And in that condition? I'm looking for a plow to use behind a Farmall H. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, CB
