I agree with Rich, your glowplugs will most likely be the problem. Use an ohmmeter and check them all. If you don't have one, have someone hold the glowplug switch down and remove each glowplug wire, one at a time. You should get some arcing as you replace the wire, if not, that glowplug will most likely be faulty. If glowplugs are working and you're getting fuel, 30 seconds of heating should be ample.
