The live hydraulics were not available during the first part of the production run as I understand it, but probably could have been added as a field mod. As I understand it, the live hydraulics can be added if you can find a donor tractor or someone parting out a Super H. I guess the belly pump could be removed. It is real easy to tell the difference, so if you are shopping by phone...just ask the person where the battery is located...if it is under the seat, ask them if there is a large block of metal (the hydro unit) under the gas tank. Live hydro for sure if that is the config.
