Around Houston: that's a little high, & the single front wheel is a deal killer. Recently sold a 53 stage 2 SH in mediocre to poor condition for $1500. It sat forever, with a single front wheel, till I included tricycle pedestal and rims.
Had 2 callers claim that it had to be a 54 model because the battery box was under the seat.
I have a 53 stage 1 SH, pictured, that local experts claim is not a super because the battery box is not under the seat.
Big lack of knowledge.
I believe the economy is hurting you also. Bad if you need to sell but really good if you want to buy. I am picking up some wanted implements and bought a 54 Super C with FH for cheap.
