I just noticed in the 600-650 parts book that diesel rods have a left and right. The gas rods are the same left and right but are different from the diesel. In other words, there are three different rods.
At any rate, they are easy to make with a small lathe if you have the damaged rods to use as a pattern. Thread size is 7/16-20. I think the round bar is 1/2".
