Looks like a pretty clean, straight tractor, so should bring close to what folks on here are saying if you follow their advice. Only thing I would add to it would be to pressure wash all the leaking oil off it, and invest a few hours in greasing all the hydraulic seals that are leaking to get them to hold for a few months before trying to sell it again.
Unless the other side looks like it went through Hell with the blowers on full blast, it doesn't appear to need repainting first. Good luck!
