I know its suppose to move, but dont remember if its just the peice that moves, or if it accually moved something inside other than moving the spring. Im pretty sure it just acts as a lever for the spring. right, as in if the spring was broke or off, and this peice moves, nothing happens, right? Its been some tears since Ive worked on my Cub, I dont recall.
