Look em up on link_disallowed Parts.. I got a set from them about Christmas time.. I think they were something like $8 a piece, which I thought was quite reasonable..
I can get the caliper out and measure em up tomorrow, if that'd help you. I can also scrounge around and see if I don't have a "good used" one.. (I'm replacing them because someone welded the wrong sized nut on one, never checked the other, just bought 2 and will be done with it)
