Since the switch could have come from almost anywhere in the world the is no guaranty that the letters on it are for English abbreviations.
The terminals at the ends of the resistor are for the head lights and the instrument panel light. If they are connected wrong there will be no difference between dim and bright. Just swap the wires to correct.
Of the other three there will be two that never have any connection between them no matter which position the switch is in. Those two are the red tail light and the white rear light. The third terminal is for the battery lead. Of those two for the rear, one will have a connection to the battery lead in two positions and the other in only one position. The one with a connection in two positions will be for the rear red light and the other one is the white rear light.
