Don't know what percent there is. Had 2 stage 2 Louisville in my lifetime. One had LH and one didn't. Out of 4 farmall stage 2, one didn't come with the live hydraulic attachment. Noticed several stage 2 tractors without live hydraulic here and there also. Don't know if there's anything to it but some say more of the tractors without extras were sold in the south.
