It only takes an hour of intermittent running with out working hard to make it start the slobbering. it is water condensation and carbon black particles, not really oil. If it were it would be smoking grey/blue out the stack under load. The tractor is probably fine. If you runn it like a gas utility, it will be dirty and speckle itself and you. I would just work it.
