There is no quick fix. About all of these small air cooled engines use a steel crankshaft and aluminum rod. With a lack of oil the rod metal transfers to the crank surface resulting in two rough surfaces. You were lucky. Usually it results in a seizure and the rod snapping off. Worst case is the end of the rod on the crank then goes through the block. Take it apart remove the rod and polish the transferred metal off the crank with fine grit emery cloth or the like. Replace the rod lubricating the rod and crank before assembly. Put her together and shes like new and a lesson has been learned.
