Go over to the red power forum and search for 766. http://www.redpowermagazine.com/forums//index.php?showforum=3 It has been discussed a few times. The 300 series and 400 series are very similar. The 766 frame is even drilled for both engines. Use the front and rear plates from the 360 on the 466. The clutch from the 766 will not last very long so needs upgraded. Add the 1466 radiator, exhaust manifold and turbo plumbing, fuel tank. The 766 transmission is basically the same as a 966. If it is currently running fine, I would look for a 1066 or 1466 that has not had the water wilter serviced properly and start there.
