I would say it is worth it in a heartbeat. You would have $2000 worth of parts, probably, if you decided to part it out. If it runs well enough and is worth repairing it would be a great deal for that too. Actually just the fast hitch you described is worth a good part of the price if it is not broken up. I would pay $500 for that tractor even with flat tires and a stuck engine. I don't know how to tell if it is a 300 or 350, but either one is pretty collectable or useful, depending what you want to do with it. Zach
