I wouldn't touch the tag. You already have a transplanted engine, if you put a new tag on it the correct police will totally dismiss it as a frankenstein. Unless you can find the origianl engine, even if just to put on a pallet in the barn because its junk, but be able to say here is the original engine. Any other engine is just another replacement and therefore a waste of money. An imperfect original is still original, a replacement is just shiny. It all depends on what you want it to be I guess, after all it is your tractor.
