Where the arrow is in the upper right, is where you click to see if they have changed their handle and when. Below that circled is where you see if they have had any changes to see if they have any feedback that was revised later, Looking to the left side of the page in the middle you see the star ratings area. if you click on any number showing the amount of feedbacks left for that type, (i.e. neg etc...) you will get a screen showing just those comments so you can readily see what happened. And the smaller circle above it is the feedback number, if you click on this when ever you first see his name, it will bring you to this page showing above.
