slightly related topic, IH 1300 sickle bar mower

I have too much play in the wobble box on this mower. In the bottom of the cast housing fits part # 21 (I only have a copy of micro film) which is a tapered stub shaft that the lower bearing pivots on. The stub shaft has a set screw in the end that I presume is used to adjust the fit/clearance. If someone can reference their manual and give me the instructions on setting this I will be most appreciative.
