my 706 alternater light sockit shows about 10.24 neg.volts with key on and engine not running.. I cleaned the sockit and just can"t make the light come on. It would be neg.10.24 from DVOM with pos.lead to red on sockit and neg. lead to black on sockit but the bulb wont light. Can someone give a little insight to what i might be missing.I know im not the brightest crayon in the box,but would appreciate any sugestions anyone would have .... thanks.. oh ya, I also tryed new bulbs.
