Lens for the old style lights (not sealed beam)
are being made now and for sale I notice in the
Red Power magazine.....for IH tractors. I think
1952 and older C's had the older style lights.
I found some old John Deere A tractors and they
had similar looking lights. Taking the lens out
carefully, I found they fit IH too. The metal
rim holding lens in works too on both makes....
probably Guide Co. made for lots of ag stuff
back in those years. I notice some of the lens
have same number at the bottom of the glass.
I don't know if the new lens avail. are glass
or plastic...but if you can find other tractor
makes for salvage, that is how I got lens for
a '52 Super C. The 6-volt bulb is # 1133 ? and
I got them at Carquest for $3.30 each. Original
style type replacement. Hope this helps you.
