A sheet of corrugated cardboard and a magic marker. Poke holes for the bolts and mark there purpose on the back of the cardboard. If you paint the heads while in the cardboard they will get nicks when installed. Cleaning and prepping components takes time, and a tooth brush as well as a small wire brush. then dry, sand, mask, and paint. Remember that at IH they were painted when assembled (even the belts) cardboard tubes on the axles, cover on the gauges, and steering wheel. Jim
