I am not sure of what your plow is BUT I spent some time in the seat of various cubs when I was a youngster and none of them were capable of doing much even with a single moldboard much less a 2 bottom.
Probably the best you will be able to do is pull it around as a trailer.
Actually most of the moldboards we used were a single 2 horse moldboard cut and mounted on the cub. With time and patience ground could be slowly turned. I was in Coastal South Carolina where the ground was soft and easly turned.
Cubs are at their best cultivating a single row of garden vegies.
