I am considering buying a Farmall tractor w/bush hog mower attachment. Owner says it is a 1956 model. I am unable to verify the model as the model number is unreadable. Can anyone tell me the year and model from the following information: Serial #: 77619 (also has the numbers: 1815 stamped on the ID plate) The following numbers are on the seat base plate: 351132-R1; 2 26W; L No1. The unit is a 4cyl gas model w/11.2x36 rear and 5.00x15 front tires. Front wheels are close together. It has a 3-point hitch (an aftermarket conversion, I believe), single rear tires (but with extended axles, so I believe it could have had dualies at one time). Machine is in good condition, runs good but needs paint and basic cosmetic restoration. Owner says engine was recently rebuilt. Asking price is $4200 which I feel is too high. Any information or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
