I'd have to look in my manual, but I believe the Farmall 350 is one of the tractors listed as "compatible" with the 2001 loader. If a 350 will work, so will a Super H.
Mounting on the SH won't take as much fabrication as you probably think. The frame rails are only 2" narrower than a 756.
Your biggest challenge is back at the rear axle. SH is square. 756 is hex shaped. I think the 2000/2001 had slightly different side frames for the two different tractors. Again, I'd have to look in my manual.
