Super A Wheel Weight

I need to do some brake work (I have none) on the drivers side rear wheel. How much does the whole wheel weigh ? The tire is not loaded. Also. All four holes that are used to hold the wheel weight on seem to have what would be left of the bolts still in them. I sprayed with WD-40 and other such products all summer long. They are all still on as tight as ever. Were these things ever welded in to make it easier in some way to bolt on the weight ?
