The 20-30 wt was used when the tractor was new. To tighten the fan belt put the wrench on the shaft just in front of the bracket it mount too. The big nut on the back is supposed to not turn as it sets in a slot at the rear of the mount. But after all the yrs you mite need to put a wrenck on it when turning the shaft at the front. Its not the easiest task to do but thats the way they are builtthey use the same system since the A and B wentinto production in 39.
