Good friend of mine which is a dealer bought a 39 H 2 years ago running for 600 bucks,And he offered it to me for the same price.Every thing is complete,sheet metal is very good,on rubber you can tell it was taken care of,new hoses and belts,orginial manifold and small tank,it has a starter,I beleive the motor has stuck from sitting,Im going to blow out the cylinders and fill with ATF,give it a month or so and see if it will turn.Im thinking about putting steel wheels on it.Can some one tell me where the bolt is located that locks it out of high gear
