Did you take everything apart and lubricate it or did you just use oil/grease? My bellcrank ended up being frozen up pretty tight when I worked on it last winter. The other problem area was the big thing with the discs on the top of the inj pump side.
The service manual covers adjustment of the throttle. It is kind of weird and I don't really remember it all.
