Standing back and looking at it, you can tell that the bolster is angling toward the front and not the rear of the tractor. The tractor was put together from parts of other tractors. I guess the assembler messed up. :) Was the bolster angled toward the rear to reduce the tractor turning radius? Thanks everyone for your input.
