I wouldn't take much less, that's a nice tractor. I wouldn't limit myself, advertise anywhere you can.
I have seen prices all over the place, if you have the time & patience and don't need to sell real quickly I am sure there is someone out there who would be very happy with it.
My father used to buy used vehicles & fix them up to sell, he always set a price & stuck to it, someone would try to low ball him & he would just keep going up in price. They would ask him if the original price was still good, and he would tell them no, it was good 15 minutes ago, I think this conversation is over, and he would leave them standing in the driveway.
He never had to hold onto anything TOO long, maybe longer than he had planned, but eventually every one of them sold for what he was asking..
