Todd, a lot of wartime tractors came with steel wheels and when rubber tires were easier to get after the war the owner went to their local blacksmith shop and had the wheels cut down and rims for rubber tires welded on. they are most likely the ones that came on it new, but you can put f-12 or 14 wheels on an h but not h wheels on a f-12 or 14. h axle 2 1/2", f-12 or 14 2 5/8". i have a war model h that has cutdown wheels and original paint and fenders and i can't get $1200 for it and it runs like a top and has very good tires.
