Does the 123 have a starter that would be the only difference as to getting a fit. The height of the engine is the same and your radiator will work just fine the water pump makes no difference as it probably didnt have one anyway. I have two of those engines and there will be no problems with one big maybe. Since the engine did come from a baler it mite not have the bore for pilot bearing as baler engines did not have a clutch. Talked to a fellow at a show who used one and handdrilled the crank for the pilot bearing didnt have anyproblems as he used the tractor a lot. That will be the first thing to inspect to see if your engine does have a place for the pilot bearing. Myself if i had the problem i would stand the engine on end and rent the big Mag base Millwauke drill and it would be a piece of cake. Just get a thick piece of plate for the drill to attach to. The crank will have some sort of center so you can locate and drill out for the pilot. Drilling in steps till you get the overall size for the pilot. I did a $250,000 job on some aircraft tooling using the big mag drill had to buy some tooling for the job but made it work as the drill is very accurate you will never have a problem with the pilot bearing. Let us know how it comes out. By the way your block mite take the 3 1/4 hi-dome sleeves and pistons giving you 135cu in.
