Well when it first happened I was plowing (under heavy load) and I noticed the hood wet around the cap and water apparently coming from under the cap. Whenever I removed the cap (later after it cooled) I put water in until it was at the bottom of the neck. Started tractor. Ever so slowly, the water level got higher and higher until it was trickling over the lip. Never had it gushing out or bubbles, just slowly rising. Now it had to have had a bit more than a trickle of force when it came out when in use, but then it would have been hotter and under pressure too.
