Do you possibly mean a RD-372, R-372, or a U-372 IH engine?
262238R1 shows up as a front exhaust manifold for R- and U-372, R- and U-406, and R- and U-450 engines using upright exhaust and an updraft carburetor.
The rear manifold is 63590H. I can't find 258134R2 in that book.
