Take your connecting rods to your local auto machine shop along with your new bushings. They can determine if they can install them and hone enough clearance for the pin. If they can't use your bushings I'm sure they can get new bushings that will fit. My local machine shop installed new bushings in connecting rods from a Farmall A back in 1975 and installed the pistons. I had them to polish the crankshaft too and I bought my bearings from them.
