Could be several things here as most have been covered. Yea it could be a stuck valve in the MCV but i will not say for sure .Since i can not check the tractor out myself. As far as a T/A eliminator kit yea you can install one , myself i am not a big fan of them for the cost and work involved ya might as well just install a new H D T /A and be done with it. that way you do not loose 1500 plus in resale value , don't ask how i know. If ya got a problem and can not figure it out i am not hard to get ahold of on the phone . Your to far for me to come and look at it and even help ya do it .
