Since both pedals are on the same shaft, I would first check the bushings for that shaft in both sides of the tranny housing. They either need lube (grease) or one of the spacer machine washers was left off causing either pedal to rub against the tranny housing. This would cause the 'click" noise, had the same issue on a 46 H that drove me crazy until I replaced the bushings, had the shaft turned & clutch pedal rebushed to match the shaft.
The grinding noise you will need to checking your clutch pedal free travel at the throw out bearing, sounds like when the pedal is released the forks are either still contacting the throw out bearing ( rubbing) or the set screw on the clutch pedal needs adjusted also.
