Simple put 15lbs air in the tire jack it up then rotate tire so the stem is on the bottom. Then unscrew the big nut that holdt the valve to the stem. Now the fluid will come out letting the jack down. Repeat the process till the fluid is out keep doing that untill fluid is out. A very little will remain the you can remove the tire and tube and then you can remove the tube and tire and clean up the rim and paint. You can put a hose on the stub and catch the fluid.
