If you check the ring gap at the bottom 1/2 inch and it is 16 or so, your engine has enough taper in the sleeve to require being rebuilt. Over sized rings are probably very difficult to find unless found for a different engine with the same ring dimensions and that is a probable find. If your piston to wall clearance is in spec. and the ring gap from max wear near the top, to little wear at the bottom is less than 15 to 20 thousandths I would run it with the rings you have. 35 will be OK if the taper is less than 10 thousandths, but it will not be a fresh engine, It will run however.
