Finally got home from school to do some work. Had the H out Friday to plow and it did awesome. Went to an auction Saturday and picked up a 3 bottom #8 plow for $80. I was so happy. A 10 cent cotter pin and it works good. I tried breaking in ground that hadn't been turned in 25 years with it and my super M. Well the SM needs more weight and it would have worked but I just used my 2 bottom #8 and did my field. Bought a corn picker and a JD 1240 planter. So I feel like a "real" Farmer now. I plowed about 3 acres this weekend. I had a good time too. Don't have pictures of it all it but the plow.
