Tom the flat belt pulley assembly is purposely designed to hold about 1/2 quart of transmission oil that is slung up from the transmission assembly. There are 2 large ball bearing assemblies in the flat belt pulley gizzards. This being the highest spot in the transmission/flat belt pulley assemblies, it attracts moisture. Remove the 4 bolts that holds the belt pulley bearing cage and tap on the backside of the belt pulley shaft. The shaft and the cage will move out. Just open it enough to drain off the 90W and water. Once it quits dripping, bolt it back up and add about 1/2 quart of 90W in the filler hole on top of the belt pulley assembly. Hope this makes sense.
