Well, unless someone just happens to stumble across this post and can identify them by sight, the only way I know of is to go to the CaseIH website, pull up the "search for parts" system, and start looking.
You can pull up all "disk harrow" parts books, and look through them for something familiar.
Keep in mind that it is very simple to weld a fast hitch point to an old disk, so these may not be fast hitch disks... In fact, I don't think the first disk pictured is an IH disk at all. It looks like something that has been adapted.
