I can actually confirm that I have two of those disk harrows (the first picture); so I would say it is a "factory" set (of some make, just assumed IH). Although it could be just a coincidence that 2 different people had the same set of disk and decided to make them into F.H. disk
I'll poke around the CASE/IH seach, however if you don't know the model number it is hard to find stuff because sometimes they don't list an overall picture for it, or have it searchable by the tractor it was used with
