Full Forward Reverse Drive

Hi All, Got my books on the 340 U and I see that there was an option of Full Forward & Reverse Drive. It says will let you go forward and reverse about 22% faster in the gear that your in. They added another shift lever to the left of the normal gear shift.

My question is has anyone had a tractor with this option and would it be worth it to find one to add on to mine. I'm thinking since my 340U has a loader/backhoe it would run much smoother and faster when using the loader.
