Hi I have a friend who has recently bought a restored farmall A here in the UK.The only thing he knows about it was that it was built around 1939 and that it was restored 22 years ago. Here is a list of details we obtained off the tractor : International Harvester / McCormick Farmall A Serail number under seat : 90127 ( Chicago,Illinois ) Engine : 6342 DH ( 1128 K ? ) Gearbox : 6832 DA Transmission :8638 DC I hope you will be able to trace some history of this tractor for us or give us some contact information where we could best obtain imformation. If you could it would be much appreciated. We are in East Sussex which is on the south coast of England. We think this tractor has always been in the county and may have been imported for the War effort. What do you think ?
