Last year when I was restoring my MD I also was looking for the center main bearing. Turns out mine was OK so I didn't replace it. However, this guy from Austin, MN said he rebuilds them to whatever size you want. I don't know anything about his work, but he was going to charge about $50 per bearing. He also had camshaft bearings for $125 per set. I did go through him to get another part that is not available on the MD engine and that is the bearing in that idler gear on the front of the engine.
