Yes. The seal on the pump is leaking into the engine. Pretty easy fix. Two seals are used (depending on pump type) one is plane lip seal, the other is an O ring. If the shaft is grooved, the seal should be placed to not run in the groove. If Oring the use of a speedy sleeve and minor machining of groove in housing is needed. Jim
