Very Cool to have the wire and tool to replace that seal.... very nice. I also see someone else listed a location to get the wire and seal. Well I have taken a few photo's of the seal and wire. Next step is to take it apart and do the governor repair. Not sure exactly what the problem is but, know I have to open it up in order to get it running correctly, can't use in the condition it is. Thanks for all the help in this regard.
